David Chantler
Dave is the oldest member of the team, he joined the AJJA before it was the AJJA. He has trained Judo and Ju Jitsu. When not in the dojo, you are likely to find Dave at a City game, renovating his daughter's house or relaxing in Spain with his wife, children and grandchildren. He also works full-time as a caretaker for a High School in Manchester.

Ciarán McLoughlin
Ciarán formed the AJJA in 2008. He has trained in Ju Jitsu, Judo, Karate and Kickboxing. When not in the dojo, you are likely to find Ciarán cycling, tending his garden or relaxing with his wife, dogs and cats.

Joshua Chappell
Now in his 10th year of training, Josh has been with the Atemi Ju Jitsu Assocation Tameside since the very start. A favourite with our younger students, Josh’s gentle and patient manor and his commitment to martial arts makes him one of the club’s proudest achievements.
